Technical Sales Support Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project proposal design and sales support, including customer needs guidance, proposal planning and formulation, competitive strategy analysis, bid preparation and organisation, and technical exchange activities;
2. Develop and review regional project product configuration lists and supply interfaces to ensure accuracy, and coordinate internal and external collaboration issues during solution implementation;
3. Compile and manage relevant technical documentation, and coordinate the resolution of key technical issues during project implementation;
4. Maintain ongoing technical communication and collaboration with key clients and internal teams to ensure efficient interaction;
5. Promote relevant products and solutions within the region, support major marketing activities, collect and feedback typical application cases, assist in case packaging and promotional planning, and deliver thematic presentations;
