Technical Sales Support Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of pre-and post-sales customer satisfaction by contributing to the development of innovative application solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

Applications Engineering

• Collaborate with CAM to deliver product demonstrations.
• Educate, and train Distributors, SI's and End User’s about Epson products.
• Provide pre- and post-sales applications support to meet customer requirements.
• Support Channel teams, SI’s and End Users by providing assistance in resolving technical
  and application issues.
