• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, guiding them through product and service-related queries
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Process customer orders and assist with sales enquiries
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
