Position: Technical Advisor

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance academy's operational efficiencies
• Set goals and objectives aligned with the academy's mission and strategic priorities
• Monitor progress and assess outcomes of strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the academy and its stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

Position: Technical Advisor

• Graduate of a Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering Course preferably with marine or naval officer background with appropriate training
• Proficient in in the Japanese Language (Level N1 or N2)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and the English language
• Experience working in international and cross-cultural environment
