Aspen Multi System Corp. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Service Coordinator to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our customer service and technical teams.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for technical service visits
• Manage and maintain customer service records and case files
• Provide administrative support to the technical service team, including data entry, word processing, and filing
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and resolve any queries or concerns
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
