Position summary:

The Technical Service Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Technical Service team in Korea by managing service requests, coordinating spare part management and loaner management, handling documentation, and facilitating communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

A. Service Operations Support

  • Register and manage service requests (calls) in CRM/ERP systems
  • Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance requests
  • Verify warranty and service contract status and update systems accordingly

    • B. Parts & Logistics Administration

  • Handle spare parts ordering, receiving, and inventory management
  • Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) and communicate with regional/global team...
