- Analyze chemical solutions, plating processes, and troubleshoot technical issues for customers
- Prepare and provide technical reports for customers
- Present new products to interested customers
- Support the sales team and assist in managing customer workflows
- Willing to travel to other provinces and stay overnight occasionally
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- At least 3 year of working experience as a Technical Service, Chemical Analyst, R&D, and Technical Support in the chemical industry
- Conversational middle level of English (Documents, reports, Email, communicating with customer) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
- Experience in a Japanese company
