Responsibilities

• Knowledge in delivering technical presentation of Data Center products & solutions.
• Perform technical support for customers either through email, phone and onsite.
• Provide technical services such as installation, deployment, integration and implementation.
• Assist and support the sales team in closing a deal if needed.
• Make technical calls and client visits to provide support as and when required.
• Develop and cultivate positive relationships in handling customers’ needs.
• Perform internal IT support through various tasks and assignments as required.
• Provide other technical-related tasks and responsibilities for the efficient operation of the company.
