Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer with Energy Storage experience to support the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the Philippines. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, fast issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction through professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for energy storage systems, including installation, commissioning, and system testing
• Handle after-sales service issues such as alarms, faults, and performance problems of BESS, inverters, and EMS
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for battery, PCS, BMS, and communication-related issues
• Support system operation, maintenance, and firmware/software upgrades
• Conduct technical training for customers, EPCs, and partners on energy storage products
