• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct incoming inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, and electrical/mechanical safety testing using approved procedures and test equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and repeat issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and equipment history records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical training and in-service support to medical staff and biomedical personnel on proper operation, diagnostics, and safe use of equipment.
