Technical Service Engineer

Job Roles
Responsible for installing new sensors/devices and testing them to ensure they work correctly.
Perform testing on IoT device features and detect any problems and anomalies.
Perform troubleshooting on the device's hardware components such as PCB circuits and its firmware/software to detect problems.
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them. Order parts for repairs if needed.
Perform data communication monitoring, and configuration of servers, networks, and equipment.
Perform device maintenance, and calibration procedures as well as provide customer support.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on the job/services performed.
Educate the client on how to use and maintain their devices.
Explain issues with devices/sensors/equipment and repairs to customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Willing to work at multiple sites with job locations mostly at Selangor, Penang & Kedah.
