Technical Service Engineer (Polymer)

Overview

Lotte Chemical Titan – Pasir Gudang, Johor

Provide technical service and support on product applications, product trial runs, troubleshooting, and technical consultation to customers and industry partners. Participate in product development and improvement activities, including market surveys, identifying customer needs, establishing product specifications & formulations, and gathering feedback. Support the Marketing & Sales Department in developing new markets, identifying new applications, and promoting new or existing products. Conduct technical training for both internal teams and external customers; organize product seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, and related events. Establish and maintain partnership programs with key customers. Engage in trade associations and technical authority activities, including drafting/reviewing industry standards, addressing technical issues, and delivering technical training or seminars.
