Technical Service Engineer

About the Role:

Motion Indonesia is expanding! We are looking for Technical Service Engineers to join our team for future development in the Surabaya area. In this role, you will serve as our vital on-site representative, working directly at customer site and surrounding industrial hubs.

You will work closely with our Product Specialists and Sales Teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and top-tier technical support.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Support: Base yourself in Surabaya to directly support customer's site in Gresik and broader Surabaya industrial & mining sectors
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical backup issues across all CBC products
