Technical Service Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Leader to oversee Service Engineering operations in the Philippines. This role involves leading the technical support team, optimizing service performance, and ensuring the highest standards in product maintenance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to implement service strategies that strengthen Karofi's market position and customer trust.
