Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Services Manager, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Services Manager will oversee and ensure the efficient delivery of technical services, provide advanced technical support, manage and resolve troubleshooting issues, and lead a team in addressing customer needs. The role also involves conducting training sessions to enhance customer and staff knowledge on products and services.
Qualifications
Expertise in Technical Services and ability to manage and improve service delivery processes
Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve challenges effectively
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
