Technical Service Manager

The Technical Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full technical operations of both Golfcarts.ph and Groundmasters.ph . This includes managing warranty claims and breakdown analysis, overseeing the remanufacturing process of carts and mowers, and designing, maintaining, and standardizing all workshops. The Technical Manager will also be responsible for internal and external training programs and must ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement across all technical functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warranty & Breakdown Management

• Oversee, validate, and ensure timely submission and resolution of warranty and breakdown reports for both golf carts and turf equipment.
• Analyze failure trends and provide monthly technical reports and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for claim support and technical feedback.
