Technical Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Work and provide technical support / services to Commercial and Customers.
• Promote new and existing customers with technical advice and recommendation on mix design, optimization by proper understanding of material properties and concrete application.
• Work independently and able to communicate with consultant / project team for concrete and technical related issue and recommendation.
• Responsible for R&D, product evaluation, optimization, trouble-shooting and solution.
• Establish technical credibility and competency with customers at all levels. Strong customer centricity mindset is helpful.
• Work with various functions in line with market strategies and business goals.
• Submit weekly report to review on-going projects & technical success to meet Commercial and customer expectations.
• Schedule field and lab activities to achieve desired results.
