About the role

We are currently seeking a Technical Service (Estimation) professional to join our esteemed MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.' team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert estimation services to support the successful delivery of construction projects for our client, 'Lucerne Philippines'.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for repair and technical services
• Review scope of work and technical requirements
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams
• Ensure accurate and timely estimates

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction estimation
2. Engineering or technical background preferred
3. With experience in estimation or costing
4. Detail-oriented and organized
5. Good communication skills
