The Technical Service Manager is a customer-focused and technically skilled role responsible for providing practical support across project delivery, aftersales service, and operational activities. This position ensures smooth operations during delivery, installation, and post-construction phases while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong project management, site experience, and technical aptitude, who is also capable of developing new service processes as the department grows.
