Technical Service Officer

WORKING ONSITE (Region 1 + Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga)

6 MONTHS CONTRACT

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Automotive, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive service/repair is preferred
• Expert knowledge of vehicle systems (especially two/three-wheelers)
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and provide expert guidance to dealer technicians on complex or recurring vehicle faults
• Perform field inspections and audits of dealer service centers to ensure service quality, tool calibration, and compliance with technical bulletins
• Document technical issues accurately and coordinate with the management for effective root cause analysis and resolution
• Assist the training team by sharing new technical insights and hands-on guidance with dealer staff
