Technical Service Officer

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive service/repair is preferred, but highly promising fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation are welcome
Expert knowledge of vehicle systems (especially two/three-wheelers)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree or certificate in Automotive, or a related field required
Perform field inspections and audits of dealer service centers to ensure service quality, tool calibration, and compliance with technical bulletins
Document technical issues accurately and coordinate with the management for effective root cause analysis and resolution
