Technical Service Representative

• Responsible for quality of painting by ensuring that painting works are carried out according to specification and procedure in order to meet customer's satisfaction.
• Provide professional service by giving advice on proper application of paints in order to achieve the performance as claimed in our technical data sheet.
• Provide inspection of painting process by carrying out site testing so as to ensure painting is according to specification and requirement.
• Coordination with sales representatives/ and supervisor by liaising with them on product deliveries and other matter that require the services of the Coating Technical Advisor in order to provide good customer service.
• Proper reporting of jobs completed by preparing/keeping records of Dry-docking Reports to verify jobs done in case of future claim situation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent.
