Technical Service Representative

CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

Visit customer's site

• Visit customer's site to observe technical functions e.g. line running, technical issues
• Collect necessary data at customer site, to analyze actual problem upon technical-wise
• Able to find root cause, based on TS manager supervision
• Able to build up good relationship with customers for collaboration

Lab test for Technical service scope

• perform some basic Lab instrument for basic property test
• able to fast learn for additional Lab tests, based on TS manager supervision
• provide day-to-day technical support and expertise to customers

Reporting

Making test report timely, and meeting minute when visit customers

Provide monthly 2P line audit and conduct technical audit of customers coating lines as and when required
