**Primary Objective**
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide **first-line technical service** to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)
+ Schedule and perform **planned maintenance (PM)** activities
+ Execute **hardware and software upgrades** (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs)
+ Support **instrument installations and deinstallations**
