Technical Service Specialist (Pipeline)

**DIVISION FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:**

To provide service of diagnostic and hospital device to hospital institutes or reference laboratories in Taiwan with compliance to DOH, Environmental, Regulatory, Financial, Code of Business Conduct, and international law requirements.

**POSITION PRIMARY FUNCTION:**

+ To ensure customers satisfaction in assigned territory by providing quality and effectiveness service activities.
+ To provides field technical service to customers in compliance with service contract requirements.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provide backup first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (Service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time)
+ Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities
+ Assist with instrument installations
