Technical Service Staff

Job Description

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain appliances and technical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site technical servicing
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
• Prepare service reports and job documentation
• Provide basic operation and maintenance instructions to clients
• Drive company-issued 4-wheel vehicles for service calls and installations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• Vocational / Technical course or related field (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics preferred)
• With experience in appliance repair and servicing
• Minimum 1-2 years of appliance repair and servicing experience required
• Experience servicing commercial laundry equipment is essential
• Must know how to drive 4-wheel vehicles
