Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions.
