Technical Services Group

The Technical Services Senior Manager is responsible in implementing the plans and programs approved and mandated by the top management for the maintenance and engineering works of the store and its facilities, electrical, mechanical equipment, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, civil works and the disposal of non-usable fixed assets, and other wastes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Administrative Tasks and Compliance
• General Maintenance and Engineering
• Lead Construction and Renovation
• Collaborate and Coordinate with other SM Groups and Departments
• Testing, Commissioning and Acceptance
• Technical Audit
• Vendor Management
• Fixed Asset and Supplies Management

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Licensed
• At least 7 years work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management
