Job Summary:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Compliance
·       Lead the Operations team in managing M&E systems, preventive maintenance, inspections, audits, and daily facility operations. Provide mentorship to ensure adherence to safety, technical, and performance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
·       Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Respond promptly to feedback and service requests, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth coordination on maintenance matters.
