Technical Services Manager

The successful candidate must have previous experience within an Estates role, ideally within a commercial environment.

Your duties will include:

• Advise the Director of Estates on expert estates management, best practice and legislative requirements
• Lead for a wide range of Hard and Infrastructure services including capital works, building services
• Ensure records are created and maintained for schemes and developments to satisfy audit requirements
• Procure and control all sub‑contracted building work across all premises including leased buildings, and draw up programmes of refurbishment, adaptation, and alterations to existing buildings within a minor works programme
