Technical Services Manager

About the Role Reporting to the Vice President Engineering & Construction, the Technical Services Manager provides leadership and technical oversight to Aquatera’s Engineering services. This role is responsible for managing engineering studies, maintaining design standards, supporting capital planning, and ensuring technical excellence across water, wastewater, and distribution infrastructure projects. The position combines people leadership, technical mentorship, and strategic planning to support both operational and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Champion Aquatera’s safety policies and organizational values in all work and decisions

Provide leadership to the Technical Services team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management

Deliver technical mentorship to EITs and junior engineers across the organization
