Our client is a specialist division of a leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor, delivering refurbishment and interior projects valued up to £5M. Operating primarily through long-term framework agreements within the Higher Education and Banking sectors, the business undertakes a diverse range of schemes. This can range from live critical environment upgrades to the fit-out of new commercial, workplace, and communal spaces. The team is recognised for delivering projects within occupied and operational environments, with a strong emphasis on quality, programme management, and minimal disruption to end users.
