Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and co-ordinate the daily maintenance program of the camps using the scheduled preventative maintenance program.
2. Ensure all fire/life/safety protocols are in place and being adhered to.
3. Facilitate the burn program/firebreaks on the concession.
4. Active participation in and effective communication and support of the company's conservation message and purpose.

Skills and Experience:

1. Technical Tertiary education
2. Technical or maintenance background
3. Health and Safety or environmental qualification
4. Experience working in a remote environment with minimal services provided by the municipality is preferable
5. Ability to lead and manage people
6. Understanding of high and low voltage systems
7. Understanding of sewer treatment plants, water treatment plants and HVAC Systems
