Job Description

Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The Technical Services Manager will be accountable for the delivery of technical maintenance, engineering and subcontract activity across our Birmingham Schools contracts, ensuring safe, quality and impactful service delivery to all. Providing leadership and strategy to ensure all hard services are delivered to an exceptional standard, in a compliant, cost effective and safe way.

What will you deliver?
Responsible for technical performance and standards across the Birmingham Schools PFI Schools

Set direction for the effective maintenance of the estate through continuous review and modification of the Planned Preventative Maintenance program, condition reviews and asset management for mechanical, electrical, building and grounds and...
