37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 09:00 - 17:00. 
Purpose of the post: 
To lead the Technical Services team and drive continuous improvement in the interface between the sales team, the end customer and the testing laboratory in the reporting and interpretation of test reports in the relevant in the Cosmetics & Personal Care Business Unit.
To monitor and plan TSM workload capacity for even distribution
To manage all aspects of your allocated samples / projects from receipt of the sales handover to the test report creation and issue to the client. This will include physical sample checking, shipping preparation and monitoring, lab liaison, management of dates, client and lab communication.
