Technical Solution Engineer (Injection Molding)

Work Location: Jurong Island (company transport provided) Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm Salary: Up to $5,800
Travel: Overseas travel to ASEAN/India once a month (occasionally twice)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions to customers, covering materials, tooling, and injection molding applications.
• Partner closely with the commercial team to support short-term targets and shape mid-to-long-term application strategies.
• Analyse real customer applications, gather technical requirements, and translate them into actionable material specifications for R&D.
• Support the development and introduction of new materials, including technical discussions and alignment with customer needs.
• Drive technical marketing initiatives, including new market development, customer engagement, and trade shows.
