Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities Lead the design of energy storage solutions across grid-side, generation-side (renewable + storage), and standalone/shared energy storage power stations 
Develop integrated system solutions covering PCS, EMS, BMS, and substation systems 
Analyze grid dispatch requirements and technical challenges in renewable grid integration 
Take the lead in large-scale energy storage project tenders 
Prepare technical proposals, including equipment selection, system topology design, and technical deviation analysis 
Ensure compliance, competitiveness, and technical excellence of proposals 
Customized Project Development Evaluate system integration solutions for utility-scale storage projects 
Conduct electrical calculations and simulation analysis for various applications (frequency regulation, peak shaving, black start, etc.)
