Technical Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
The Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, validating, and supporting end-to-end IT solutions with a strong focus on automation, security, networking, storage, backup, infrastructure, and managed services. This role works closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient technical architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end solutions across automation, security, network, compute, storage, backup, and infrastructure
Architect secure, scalable, and highly available IT environments
Develop and recommend automation and orchestration solutions
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, presentations, and RFP responses
Integrate security best practices into all solution architectures
Design solutions optimized for managed services delivery
