Technical Solutions Lead, Ball & Wedge Bonding

Kulicke & Soffa is looking for a Technical Solution Manager (TSM) specializing in Ball Bonding and Wedge Bonding, to support customer success across Southeast Asia and India. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to deliver optimal solutions and manage customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills are essential, with a willingness to travel up to 40% within Malaysia and beyond.
