Join The Royal Conservatory as a part-time Technical Sound Engineer based in Toronto. This role allows you to bring your passion for sound to world-class performances and recordings.
As a Recording Engineer, you will work under the guidance of the Director, Operations at The Glenn Gould School. This hands-on position involves recording, editing, and mastering audio and video for a variety of productions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to produce content that meets high artistic standards while managing the technical aspects of recording sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality recordings for concerts and events
• Provide audio and video technical support as needed
• Edit and master recordings for archival and marketing use
• Consult on recording setup to ensure quality captures
• Implement file management and adhere to guidelines
