Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Sourcer (contractor). In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, focusing on future and emerging roles, and supporting diversity sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, business partners, and customers to understand talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies. 
What you will be doing: 
Collaborate with business and recruitment partners to identify future needs and areas of company growth, and translate those requirements into effective talent-sourcing strategies. 

Sourcing a diverse pool of passive candidates through multiple channels including applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, open web, social networks, professional groups, referrals, and peer networking tactics.
