We are seeking a Technical Specialist in Ergonomics to enhance the integration of human factors into the development of naval vessels and training solutions. In this role, you will help ensure optimal usability, safety, and comfort for ship personnel by aligning system designs with ergonomic best practices.
Your scope will cover all key areas of ergonomics—physical, cognitive, organizational, and even linguistic. Working closely with design engineers, project leads, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure ergonomic considerations are embedded from the early stages of concept design through to system deployment.
