Job description
We are hiring for multiple levels:
L1 - Technical Specialist (Experience require: 2– 4 years)
L2 – Technical Specialist ( Experience require: 5 – 8 years)
L3 – Technical Specialist (Experience require: 8+ years)
Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai- Onsite
Technical Experience:
Degree qualified in a relevant field (B. E or B. Tech or Computer graduate is must) and
equivalent experience on Trend Micro XDR is essential.
Relevant Certification will be advantageous.
Job Description:
Advance or complex installation and configuration.
Follow up of service tickets opened on OEM.
Knowledge transfer to Engineers
