Technical Specialist in Real Property Management

Expand your expertise at the Central and North Region as a Technical Specialist in Real Property Management Services. Support regional coordinators with facilities maintenance and service contracts while providing vital technical guidance.
This role reports to the Regional Service Line Leader and requires comprehensive knowledge in Facilities Maintenance, Energy Performance Contracts, and Service Contracts. You'll provide valuable advice, oversee contract requests, and mentor coordinators. Your input will drive effective project management and support regional and national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and authorize DSA requests
• Develop complex FM contracts
• Facilitate property searches and agreements
