Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Requirements:

• Report to the branch manager.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the sales area, offices, and facilities.
• Assist customers and suppliers during sales calls and purchases.
• Notify management of equipment failures and maintenance issues.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Manage filing systems for documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during discussions.
• Maintain petty cash and monitor cash income and expenses.
• Open and close the branch daily.
• Assist with stock taking for audits.
