Branch Supervisor & Technical Specialist - Hose & Fittings Specialist (ZAMBIA)
Location: Kitwe Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: R20,000 + Accommodation Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Requirements:
Report to the branch manager.
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the sales area, offices, and facilities.
Assist customers and suppliers during sales calls and purchases.
Notify management of equipment failures and maintenance issues.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Manage filing systems for documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during discussions.
Maintain petty cash and monitor cash income and expenses.
Open and close the branch daily.
Assist with stock taking for audits.
Maintain health and safety systems and training as required.
Track employee attendance and clocking times.
