Job Description
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for LV equipment (DBs, SMDBs, panels). 
Conduct routine checks, thermal scanning, insulation resistance tests, and earth-loop impedance tests. 
Replace breakers, fuses, capacitors, lighting controls, starters, and wiring. 
Assist in statutory inspection and LEW testing routines. 
Record insulation readings, R1+R2, continuity tests, and earth values. 
Update test sheets, asset records, and maintenance logs. 
Attend to service requests and reactive maintenance tasks promptly to minimise downtime. 
Conduct inspections and monitor system performance to ensure compliance with operational standards. 
Maintain testing tools ensuring calibration and readiness.
