Technical Specialist, Real Property Management

**Remote Opportunity – working daily in Mountain time zone, with occasional travel throughout the Western region.**

Reporting to the Regional Service Line Leader (RSLL), Real Property Management Services (RPMS), the Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, provides contract management advice and services related to Facilities Maintenance (FM) and Service Contracts (SC) to support regional coordinators. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for and provides support to the Client-Partners, including reviewing and authorizing change requests that exceed site-level Delegated Signing Authority (DSA). The Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, also coaches and mentors FM & SC coordinators, includes leading monthly calls with them.
