JOB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Pest Control Technical Specialist help customers resolve their pest infestation problems. They identify the type of pest that is infesting homes, buildings, offices, and other structures and use either pesticides or manual solutions to get rid of them.

He/she reports directly to the Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Determines the kind of most effective treatment required to eliminate or control a particular type of pest, long-term.

Advises customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate or control identified pests.

Inspects customers' premises to identify pest problems.

Fills out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.

Accomplishes and submits on-time daily, weekly and monthly chemical consumption form and inventory.
