Job Description
Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements
Monitor of printer service request until resolved
2. Identify the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues
3. Perform troubleshoot techniques for technical issues
4. Repair/replace equipment as necessary
5. Proactive approach towards technical issues
6. Excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related Computer Course
2. With relevant working experience is an advantage; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Good communications skills
4. Amenable to conduct training in Quezon City office
5. Amenable for client deployment (Taguig / Makati)
